The Parish will organize a pilgrimage on Friday the 27^{th of} September, to Holy Cross Abbey, Thurles.  We hope to leave from the Broadford car park at 8:00am and return about 6:30pm. Our first stop will be to O’Gorman’s Restaurant for a quick cup of tea and a scone. We will then make our way to Holy Cross Abbey, where we will have guided tour of the Abbey, steeped in history and nestled into the banks of the river suir.  Afterward we will have some time to visit the Gift Shop and wander around the beautiful grounds. Lunch is booked in O’Gorman’s Restaurant for 1pm. After lunch we will return to the Abbey for Mass at 3pm. The cost will be €50, please contact the Parish Office on (046) 9551203 to book your place.
