The death has occurred of Mary Cooney (née Carey), Balyna, Cadamastown, Broadford, Co. Kildare and formerly of Ballynaskea, Enfield Co Meath, September 16th 2024 peacefully at Mullingar Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her parents Sally and Kevin, and her son William. Beloved Wife of the Late George and mother of Kevin, George, Anne, John, Rory, and Conor. Deeply Regretted by her Brothers Jimmy and Billy (Carey) Sisters Lucy (Dempsey), Bridget (Birmingham) sister in law Ann (Cosgrave) and Betty (Carey), brother in law Jimmy, daughters in law, grandchildren Aaron, Ethan, Luke, Jordan, Megan, Daniel, Georgina, Iris, Pearl and Robyn, her 2 great-grandchildren Aaliyah and Roisin, nieces, nephews, relatives and her many friends.

Mary will arrive to St Patrick’s Church, Johnstown Bridge for Funeral prayers this Wednesday evening at 6.30 pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11 am and burial immediately afterwards to Kilshanroe Cemetery.
